Her name is Lais Peixoto Costa Faileiros, born in Ibiraci/MG, a city located in Alta Mogiana.
She comes from a family dedicated to coffee production. Her grandfather, Don Nelson Alves Peixoto, inherited a 300-hectare plot of land from his family, initiating the tradition of quality coffee production in her family there.
She is the Director of International Relations and a facilitator for the IWCA Brazil chapter.
