We are Yolanda and Marian Valero
We are two sisters who, during a trip to the United States, discovered that our passion for coffee was the best path to live according to our convictions. Without shortcuts and with a purpose: to care for our environment in order to care for ourselves. We opened our first café in Valencia in 2014, shortly after we began roasting, and in 2023 we opened in California.
We love coffee as a way to express many other things: commitment to the planet, a stance toward life, and the time needed to savor without interference. That’s why our coffee passes through the hands of countless people from the time it is planted to the moment it reaches us. The women farmers sacrifice quantity for quality, cultivating varieties that are much more delicate and less productive but of extraordinary quality.

The strength of coffee lies in the strength of the people who make it possible. Their stories cannot be erased or overshadowed. With every coffee bean we roast, we recognize the work of women in cultivation, those who embrace agriculture with a greater positive impact on nature, and those who uphold the chain of fair wages. We champion women who are protagonists from the planting stage, using models that fight against precarity and invisibility, and whose projects are responsible toward their territory.
WE ROAST
Our roasting approach is different from that of the commercial coffee industry. We don’t roast all coffees in the same way but instead give each one individual attention. Thanks to our roasting techniques and the quality of our raw materials, our coffees fully develop their aromas and flavors, making each cup unique, complex, balanced, and clean.

We like to showcase our coffees in the best way possible. For this reason, Bluebell pays close attention to detail in creating its visual universe. Our colors, our shapes, our packaging, our space… everything surrounding our coffees reflects our philosophy and our love for quality and the beauty of authentic things.
We enjoy
Thanks to our roasting techniques and the quality of our raw materials, our coffees fully develop their aromas and flavors, making each cup unique, complex, balanced, and very clean. In short, a true delight.
WE ARE COFFEE ROASTERS
We are at the final stage of the production and value chain. Our job is to roast the coffee, and to do so we use traditional techniques combined with the best modern ones, always looking for the best production methods.
