An excellent coffee with very sweet and chocolatey notes, notes that are reminiscent of papaya and a great variety of dehydrated tropical fruits. It is a bright, delicate coffee with a silky touch, good body and medium-high acidity.
Ywangan is located in Shan State, in the Middle East of Myanmar. Coffee production began there in the early 1980s, to eradicate the cultivation of opium. The typical farm size ranges from 2 to 7 acres, with mixed crops, livestock, and shade trees to complement their small coffee crops.
