This coffee comes from Deri Kojuwa Station, in the Guji region. All farms are located at altitudes ranging from 1950 to 2100 meters above sea level.
The natural Sidamos of this season used to be produced once the washed coffee season was over, as a by-product of coffee processing. But today, thanks to vertical integration and the interest of both producers and buyers, the beans are specifically destined for natural coffee during harvest, and special care is given to the process. The result is a specialty coffee in its own right, with incredibly fruity notes.
