  1. Heat the water in a kettle.
  2. Grind the coffee to a fineness that is slightly coarser than for the V60.
  3. Place the paper filter in the cover and screw it onto the Aeropress. Wash the filter. This removes the paper taste. Preheat the coffee-maker.
  4. Place the Aeropress and your cup or mug onto the scales.
  5. Add the coffee and tare the scales.
  6. Add 50 g of water in 20 seconds. Then stir four times.
  7. Add 210 g of water during 60 seconds and stir twice more.
  8. Attach the upper part of the Aeropress and wait for one minute and 50 seconds.
  9. Press the upper part to extract the coffee over a time of 30 seconds.
  10. Your coffee is ready to drink!

 

Tips:

  • If your coffee is too acidic and unbalanced, use a slightly finer grind.
  • If your coffee is too bitter, use a slightly coarser grind.

  1. Heat water in a saucepan or kettle without letting it boil.
  2. Fill the lower chamber of the coffee maker up to the valve.
  3. Fill the filter with coffee, without pressing down.
  4. Close the coffee maker.
  5. Place it over a medium-gas flame with the lid open.
  6. When air as well as coffee begins to spout (you will hear a whistle), close the lid and remove from the flame.
  7. Enjoy your coffee!

  1. Heat the water in a kettle.
  2. Place the paper filter in the V60 and rinse it with hot water. This removes the paper taste. Pre-heat the V60.
  3. Remove the water from your cup or mug.
  4. Grind the coffee beans to a medium grade. Add the coffee, tare the scales and set the timer.
  5. Pre-infuse the coffee by pouring 60 g of water onto it.
  6. Stir with a spoon in a circular motion to ensure that all the coffee grains come in contact with the water
  7. After 30 seconds add 170 g of water. Do this slowly in circular movements, always in the same direction and passing through the centre to ensure an even, balanced extraction.
  8. Wait for all the coffee to filter through.
  9. Your coffee is ready. Relish its aroma and taste!
